Hi Felicia! I'm happy for what you have achieved throughout the year.
As I always say to myself and people around me; Don't let the societal rules set the boundaries of your life. Every one of us is an individual who has feelings, rights and our own rules. We got to embrace our differences specifically ☺️
Otherwise It would be boring to see the same type of moms everywhere, wouldn't it? 😂
On one hand, I love the idea of embracing yourself and the wins.
On the other hand, I deeply disagree with the idea that it's possible to wear too many nerdy graphic tees. Maybe if you wear them all at once and they are so thick they inhibit movement. That's the only scenario I can think of.
Im super excited to read your upcoming graphic novel.
As far as what im looking forward to in 2026, Im really hoping to keep doing some more cosplay. I know right now im planning on doing Maximus from Fallout TV, but everything else is in the air.
Im also hoping to go to some more plays too. I think my g/f and I plan on going to see The Wiz, but im open to other shows too (and will take suggestions too).
Ive been trying to read more books too. Right now im about to start reading Record of a Spaceborn Few by Becky Chambers and some of the Chronicles of Avatar books (Roku is the next one). Looking forward to more books.
Also, we have a Pokemon themed exhibit coming to the Field Museum in Chicago which im looking forward to. Hoping that is fun.
I hope your 2026 starts off well Felicia. I'll see you on streams :)
All i have decided toput in my 2026 bucket list is to get even more nerdier/geekier, more d&d campaigns, i decided to finally watch star wars and the lord of the rings/hobbit saga, read more books and stuff like that. College and other life important stuff can be side quests, right? Right.
My son Dean never wears graffic tees. He's always wearing plain tshirts, combat boots and that stupid necklace. Then he makes some sarcastic remark towards me and drives away in his 67 impala. You met him once at a convention.
Omg is Queen Charlie hanging on the wall? I hope so. Anyway, I'm vibrating with excitement waiting for The Vampire Lestat series to be released, and for The Boys S5. Where are you going in Japan? I'd LOVE to go. My nephew went for his honeymoon in October and it looked amazing. Hoping I'll get to see you again next year, if money permits!
Felicia, you and your community are what keep me going. I have been overwhelmed most of 2025 and I spent more time as a recluse trying to hold things together than I ever have before. Finally, during the last few months I am starting to rebuild my reserves and am looking forward to actually moving forward in 2026. I don't have many specific goals or activities planned yet, but I am going to make things happen. Thank you for being there for us and inspiring us in so many aspects of life.
Thanks for continuing these posts. As others have said, they are a confirmation in sharing many similar situations, thoughts and concerns we all have and a good catharsis for you and your readers. Try to fit in Houston with that con schedule. Saw you there in 2019 but was helping my daughter in Artist Alley and never got away from her table.
Love it! Way to embrace your hard work and keep pushing forward. Also highly recommend one of those death planners (macabre organization is extremely beneficial)
Keep me posted on crowd funding for your movie.. I helped on ConMan💜
OMG thank you! I've been involved in so many crowdfunds for other people, this is my first personal one! <3
Thank you for keeping me young and showing what good women are make of. Keep on trucking mama. This old man will keep on reading.

Sounds fantastic and I will do what I can to support your work in the new year.
